The Florida Housing Corporation hereby gives notice: On March 27, 2024, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation entered the Order Granting Waiver of paragraph 67-21.025(7)(c), Fla. Admin. Code (2020) and a Portion of the Non-Competitive Application (2020) for Block 55 Residential, LP, allowing natural person principals beyond the third principal disclosure level. Florida Housing determined that the Petitioner had demonstrated that it would suffer a substantial hardship if the waiver was not granted. The Petition was filed on March 7, 2024, and notice of receipt of the petition was published on March 8, 2024, in Volume 50, Number 48 of the F.A.R.
