67-48.002Definitions

The Florida Housing Finance Corporation hereby gives notice: On March 27, 2024, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation entered the Order Granting Waiver of subsection 67-48.002(96), Fla. Admin. Code (2021) and Section II.J of the Qualified Allocation Plan for Apollo Gardens, LLLP, allowing the Petitioner to exchange its present allocation of housing credits for an allocation of 2024 or later housing credits. Florida Housing determined that the Petitioner had demonstrated that it would suffer a substantial hardship if the waiver was not granted. The Petition was filed on February 22, 2024, and notice of receipt of the petition was published on February 23, 2024, in Volume 50, Number 38 of the F.A.R.
