NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on March 21, 2017, the Board of Professional Engineers received a petition for permanent waiver filed by Gregory B. Reinke, PE, regarding the requirements of subsection 61G15-35.003(1), F.A.C., specifically the requirements that three years experience in inspection threshold building be performed under the supervision of an SI and within the preceding seven years.
