In accordance with subsection 120.74(5), F.S., the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (Department) extends the April 1 deadline to publish a Notice of Proposed Rule for Rule 5J-7.004, F.A.C., required by Chapter 2023-155, Laws of Florida. The Department published a related Notice of Rule Development in Vol. 49, No. 211, of the Florida Administrative Register on October 30, 2023. The Department is continuing rule development to implement additional amendments made to Chapter 496, F.S., during the 2024 Legislative Session.
