Final Order No.: DEO-16-031
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity issued Final Order No. DEO-16-031 on March 1, 2016, in response to a request for correction submitted by the Townhouses at Redbridge Association, Inc. regarding covenant revitalization under Chapter 720, Part III, Florida Statutes.
The Department’s Final Order corrected a misstatement in Final Order DEO-16-024. The Department’s approval of the application for covenant revitalization which was the subject of Final Orders DEO-16-014 and DEO-16-024 became effective as of the date of Final Order DEO-16-024.
