Notice of Application Period for Advanced Cleanup Program (ACP)
The Department of Environmental Protection announces, in accordance with Section 376.30713, F.S., that it will accept Advanced Cleanup Program (ACP) applications submitted between May 1, 2017, and on or before 5:00 p.m. on June 30, 2017. Public opening of timely submitted ACP applications shall be on July 10, 2017, beginning at 9:00 a.m. at the Department of Environmental Protection, 2600 Blair Stone Road, Conference Room 433, Tallahassee, Florida. The Spring 2017 bid application forms and instructions for both the individual and bundled ACP applications will be available at the following internet site on March 3, 2017.

These solicitation documents are different from prior years, including an updated guidance for preparation of Limited Contamination Assessment Reports (LCARs) which must meet the statutory requirements of Section 376.30713(2)(a), F.S. or be rejected. Therefore, it is important that you obtain this ACP cycle’s bid documents and solicitation instructions.
