GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: The purpose of the meeting is to permit parties to present testimony and exhibits relating to the Notice of Adoption by Express Phone Services, Inc. of BellSouth Telecommunications, Inc. d/b/a AT&T Florida d/b/a AT&T Southeast’s Interconnection Agreement with Image Access Inc. d/b/a New Phone, Inc., and for such other purposes as the Commission may deem appropriate. All witnesses shall be subject to cross-examination at the conclusion of their testimony on the issues identified by the parties at the prehearing conference held on Monday, April 16, 2012, 10:00 a.m.
