Florida Polytechnic University is soliciting quotes for the following:
15-002 SALE OF MISCELLANEOUS I.T. EQUIPMENT AND ELECTRONICS
Description/Scope of Work: The Florida Polytechnic University is soliciting quotes from vendors that are interested in providing all labor, material, supervision, and supplies necessary for the sale and removal of miscellaneous I.T. equipment and electronics.

Mandatory Pre-Quote Meeting: Friday, April 3, 2015 at 10:00 a.m., Florida Polytechnic University at Polk State College, 3425 Winter Lake Road, Lakeland Academic Center (LAC Building), 2nd Floor, Room 1275, Lakeland, Florida 33803. Vendors must attend this mandatory pre-quote meeting in order to submit a quote. Quotes will not be accepted from vendors that did not attend the mandatory pre-quote meeting.
Response Due Date: On or prior to 2:00 p.m. ET, Friday, April 10, 2015, to the Authorized University Representative.
Authorized University Representative: All questions must be in writing and should reference the above solicitation number and title. Submit all questions to Kari L. Kennedy via email at Kkennedy@Flpoly.org.
Notice of Rights: Notice of Intent to Protest the Invitation to Negotiate must be filed with (received by) the Point of Contact within 72 hours after posting. Failure to file a Notice of Intent to Protest or a formal written protest in accordance with State University System Board of Governors’ Regulation 14.023 shall constitute a waiver of the right to a hearing on the protest.
