PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The purpose and effect of the proposed rule is to clarify criteria for denial of visiting for possession, introduction, or attempted introduction of contraband.

SUMMARY: The proposed rule provides that a person will be denied permission to visit for possession, introduction, or attempted introduction of contraband as defined in s. 944.47, F.S.

SUMMARY OF STATEMENT OF ESTIMATED REGULATORY COST: No statement of Estimated Regulatory Cost has been prepared.

Any person who wishes to provide information regarding the statement of estimated regulatory costs, or to provide a proposal for a lower cost regulatory alternative must do so in writing within 21 days of this notice.
