The Miami-Dade Expressway Authority (MDX) is seeking the professional services of a qualified Consultant or Team of Firms to provide Construction Engineering & Inspection services in connection with the reconstruction of the existing SR 874 Kendall Drive entrance ramp to allow new movement for the northbound traffic entering SR 874.
