NOTICE OF EXTENSION UNDER SECTION 120.74(5), FLORIDA STATUTES

In accordance with subsection 120.74(5), F.S., the Department of Transportation (“Department”) extends the April 1 deadline to publish Notice of Proposed Rule for rules required by Chapter 2019-149, s. 4, Laws of Florida. The Department published a related Notice of Rule Development in Vol. 45, No. 218, of the Florida Administrative Register on November 7, 2019. The Department held a public workshop on November 20, 2019. The Department needs additional time to finalize the rule associated with this rulemaking effort.
