NOTICE OF CHANGE

Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 36 No. 49, December 10, 2010 issue of the Florida Administrative Weekly.

In response to comments received to Proposed Rule 14-15.018, the incorporated Pavement Type Selection Manual is being amended to clarify the standards and requirements for selection. These revisions include details of the evaluation procedures as well as specific rehabilitation and analysis parameters. Examples of these include the milestones for additional review and the discount rate.
