NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Division of Florida Condominiums, Timeshares, and Mobile Homes, Department of Business and Professional Regulation, State of Florida, has received the petition for declaratory statement from Gregory R. Eisinger, Esq., In Re: International Village Association, Inc., Docket No. 2014007897, filed on February 25, 2014. The petition seeks the agency’s opinion as to the applicability of Section 718.113(2)(a), F.S., as it applies to the petitioner.

Whether the Declaration empowers the Association’s Board of Directors with the authority to approve the installation of security cameras on the remaining ten condominium buildings within the community without unit owner approval under Section 718.113(2)(a), F.S.
