    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Nursing has received the petition for declaratory statement from Judith Bergstrom, on February 27, 2015. The petition seeks the agencys opinion as to the applicability of Rule 64B9-12.003, F.A.C., as it applies to the petitioner.

    The Petitioner seeks a Declaratory Statement from the Board with regard to whether an LPN is within the scope of Rule 64B9-12.003, F.A.C., if they act as an unsupervised authorized agent controlled analgesia (AACA) for patients within the home, or is this considered an IV push. Except for good cause shown, motions for leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after the publication of this notice.
