    40E-6.221Conditions for Issuance of Standard Permits

    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on March 2, 2015, the South Florida Water Management District (District), received a petition for waiver from Florida Power & Light Company (Application No. 15-0218-1M) for utilization of Works or Lands of the District known as the Dania Cut-Off Canal for the relocation of an existing aerial transmission line crossing the Dania Cut-Off Canal right of way located immediately west of the Ravenswood Road bridge; Section 28, Township 50 South, Range 42 East, Broward County. The petition seeks relief from paragraph 40E-6.221(2)(j), F.A.C., which governs the vertical clearance of transmission lines within Works or Lands of the District.
