NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on March 2, 2020, the Electrical Contractors’ Licensing Board, received a petition for variance or waiver filed by Harold Glen Mathews, III. Petitioner is seeking a variance or waiver of subsection 61G6-6.017(1), Florida Administrative Code, which requires for the purpose of certification, a passing examination score on any part of the examination shall be valid only for a period of three (3) years from the date of the examination.
