NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on March 01, 2024, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation, received a petition for waiver of paragraph 67-21.026(13)(e), Florida Administrative Code from Lakeview Tower Venture, LP relating to the work that a General Contractor may perform, the Applicant's certification and acknowledgment form, for the amount identified in the petition.
