    Grant Application Submission Period for Florida Communities Trust, Stan Mayfield Working Waterfronts Florida Forever Programs

    The Department of Environmental Protection will accept Fiscal Year 2023-2024 grant applications, in accordance with Rule Chapters 62-818, 62-819, 62-820 and 62-821, Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C.), from Local Governments, eligible Nonprofit Environmental Organizations and Nonprofit Working Waterfronts Organizations requesting funding awards for the acquisition of community-based projects and land to implement the working waterfronts program.

    APPLICATION SUBMISSION PERIOD: Applications for the Stan Mayfield Working Waterfronts program will be accepted beginning on March 1, 2024, and must be received by 5:00 p.m., EDT on April 1, 2024.   Applications must be received on or before the stated deadline to be eligible for consideration. Applications received after the published deadline shall be deemed late and will not be considered.
