In accordance with subsection 120.74(5), F.S., the Department extends the April 1 deadline to publish Notice of Proposed Rule for Chapter 62-602, F.A.C., entitled Water or Domestic Wastewater Treatment Plant Operators and Distribution System Operators. A Notice of Rule Development for Rules 62-602.200, 62-602.230, 62-602.250, 62-602.270, 62-602.300, 62-602.360, 62-602.410, 62-602.420, 62-602.430, 62-602.450, 62-602.500, 62-602.530, 62-602.550, 62-602.570, 62-602.580, 62-602.600, 62-602.650, 62-602.660, 62-602.700, 62-602.710, 62-602.720, 62-602.750, 62-602.800, 62-602.850, 62-602.870 and 62-602.900, F.A.C., was published in the Florida Administrative Register on Nov. 1, 2023, Vol. 49/213. The purpose of this rule development is to implement Chapter 2023-204, Laws of Florida. The Department is continuing rule development based on suggestions from the regulated industry.
