25-4.040: Telephone Directories; Directory AssistanceNOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Florida Public Service Commission has received a petition from BellSouth Telecommunications, Inc. d/b/a AT&T Florida in Docket No. 090082-TL – Petition by BellSouth Telecommunications, Inc. d/b/a AT&T Florida d/b/a AT&T Southeast for waiver of subsection 25-4.040(2), Florida Administrative Code., filed February 13, 2009. The rule requires a local exchange company to furnish one copy of the residential listings section of the telephone directory to its subscribers on an up front basis.
