NOTICE OF CHANGE

Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 42 No. 242, December 15, 2016 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.

Proposed amendment to Rule 68A-15.006 has been changed as follows:

68A-15.006 Regulations Relating to Miscellaneous Areas

(1) through (2) No change.

(3) Babcock Ranch Preserve.

(a) through (c) No change.

(d) Regulations controlling activities in the Tier II hunt areas:

1. through 11. No change.

12. Trapping is prohibited, except as authorized by permit issued pursuant to Title 68A, F.A.C. the Commission.

(e) through (f) No change.

(4) through (5) No change.
