Responses to the Invitation to Bid (ITB) listed below will be accepted in the PURCHASING DEPARTMENT, Room 9254, by 3:00 p.m. on March 27, 2018.

ITB 2018-RB-24College-Wide Tree Pruning, Removal and Grounds Work
Miami Dade College is releasing this ITB with the intent to solicit responses to select a firm or firms that are routinely engaged in providing landscape services The College reserves the right to disqualify any Bidder when available evidence indicates that said Bidder lacks the qualifications to carry out the terms of the Contract properly. It is the intent of this Bid to prepare Miami Dade College for the upcoming 2018 hurricane season commencing June 1 by pruning the trees and removing tree stumps on the properties at all the College Campuses. This will include the removal and disposal of any debris generated with the work and all miscellaneous activities, tools, supplies, and manpower for the complete execution of the work.
The College is NOT interested in receiving Bids for General Contractors. The College will only consider Bids from Landscaping, Arborist, Plant and Tree Vendors and/or related business only.
If a person decides to appeal any decision with respect to any matter considered at the above cited meeting, you will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose you may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
