PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The proposed rule amendments remove a manual in the list of required reference and training materials, and establish the Airport Firefighter Program, which includes three voluntary advanced training and certification programs for individuals to achieve advanced training in airport firefighting techniques and procedures.
