NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Physical Therapy Practice has issued an order disposing of the petition for declaratory statement filed by Sherry Wiggins-Baker on October 8, 2018.  The Notice of Petition for Declaratory Statement was published in Vol. 44, No. 233, of the December 3, 2018, Florida Administrative Register.  The Board considered the Petition at a duly-noticed public meeting held on February 15, 2019, in Tampa, Florida. At its meeting, the Board denied the Petition because the Petitioner failed to cite to a substantive statute, rule or order of the Board of Physical Therapy, and the Petitioner failed to set forth a description of how the statutes, rules or orders would substantially affect the Petitioner’s particular set of circumstances.  The Final Order was filed on March 5, 2019.
