NOTICE OF CHANGE

Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 44 No. 212, October 30, 2018 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.

Proposed amendment to Rule 68A-25.002 (6)(a) has been changed to incorporate a link to the guidelines:

68A-25.002 General Provisions for Taking, Possession and Sale of Reptiles.

(1) through (5) No change.

(6) Turtles.

(a) Take and possession – For turtles not listed in Chapter 68A-27, F.A.C., the following restrictions control the take or possession unless authorized in Commission-approved guidelines (incorporated by reference on EFFECTIVE DATE, Alligator snapping turtles – https://www.flrules.org/Gateway/reference.asp?No=Ref-_____:

1. through 8. No change.

(b) Through (c) No change.

(7) Through (12) No change.
