    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco has received the petition for declaratory statement from Chris L. Harriman on February 16, 2017. The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of Florida Administrative Code Rule 61A-3.019, subsections (1) and (3) as they apply to the petitioner.

    The Petitioner seeks a declaratory statement from the Division as to whether Rule 61A-3.019 requires a Veteran of Foreign Wars ("VFW") post or lodge to serve individuals who are not members of their post, but are members of other affiliated VFW posts.
