NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Agency for Health Care Administration has received the petition for declaratory statement from Marlyn Behavioral Health Systems, Inc. d/b/a Quality Resource Center and Marlyn Enterprises of Jacksonville, Inc. d/b/a Quality Life Center of Jacksonville on February 27, 2017.The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of s. 400.9905, Fla. Stat., as it applies to the petitioner.
