NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Department of Financial Services has received the petition for declaratory statement from Ellen Mills on February 27, 2018. The petition seeks the agency’s opinion as to the applicability of the neutral evaluation process under Section 627.7074(4)-(7), (11)-(13), Florida Statutes, and Rule 69J-8.005, .008-.009, Florida Administrative Code, as applied to her neutral evaluation request, as it applies to the petitioner.
