The State of Florida, Department of Management Services requests qualifications from engineering firms to provide Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing Engineering Services primarily in the South Florida Region. These services may be used for projects anywhere in the State of Florida, however, it is anticipated that the firms selected during this process will be activated for projects in the southern part of the State. The South Florida Region is defined as all counties south of and including Charlotte, Glades, and St. Lucie County. Projects will vary in size up to $2,000,000.00 for (construction) and up to $200,000.00 for (planning or study fees).
