NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on February 27, 2019, the Department of Environmental Protection, received a petition for variance or waiver pursuant to section 120.542, F.S. from Petitioners, Kings Kamp, LLLP, Captain Jax, LLLP and Blackwater Sound Holdings, LLLP. The petition requested a variance from Rule 62-312.430(8), F.A.C., due to proposed construction of a docking facility serving Kings Kamp Marina and Captain Jax RV park. The facility is located at mile marker 103.5 in Key Largo, Monroe County, Florida; Parcel Nos. 14613900085820000000 and 14613900085760000000. The petition has been assigned OGC No. 19-0179 and File No. ERP_352399-001.
