FLORIDA CATEGORICAL EXCLUSION NOTICE
CITY OF CAPE CANAVERAL
The Department of Environmental Protection has determined that the City of Cape Canaveral's proposed project to improve wastewater treatment, collection and stormwater facilities will not have a significant adverse impact on the environment. The total project cost is estimated at $7,968,700. The project is expected to qualify for a State Revolving Fund loan composed of federal and state matching funds. Public comment must be received at the address below within 30 days of this notice.
