FLORIDA CATEGORICAL EXCLUSION NOTIFICATION
Town of Oakland
The Florida Department of Environmental Protection has determined that the Town of Oakland’s project involving construction of a ground storage tank, raw and finish water transmission mains, replacement of a distribution main, and installation of three high service pumps will not adversely affect the environment. The total cost of the project is estimated to be $1,887,985. The project may qualify for a Drinking Water State Revolving Fund monies composed of federal funds and state funds.
