NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on March 7, 2016, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation received a petition for Waiver from Harbor City Towers, LLLP, requesting to waive subsection 67-48.004(3), F.A.C., allowing for the Development, Trinity Towers West, to require that 178 (or 92.7%) of the 192 units on the Development be Set-Aside for qualifying low-income tenants meeting the income limit.

The Petition has also been posted on Florida Housing’s website at floridahousing.org. Florida Housing will accept comments concerning the Petition for 14 days from the date of publication of this notice.
