GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: This is a public meeting of the Governor and Cabinet at which the Executive Director of the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles will request approval to file for adoption Rule 15A-5, F.A.C. (Medical Advisory Board Guidelines). A Notice of Proposed Rule regarding the rule was published in the Florida Administrative Register on December 8, 2017 (Volume 43, Number 236), and a Notice of Change was published on March 8, 2017 (Volume 44, Number 47).
