NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on March 7, 2019, the Board of Medicine, received a petition for waiver or variance filed on behalf of Floyd B. Willis, M.D., et al. and Mayo Clinic, from Rule 64B8-9.0141, F.A.C., which prohibits a physician or physician assistant from providing treatment recommendations and issuing a prescription based solely on responses to an electronic medical questionnaire.
