PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The purpose is to amend Rule 40D-8.624 F.A.C., to revise the high minimum lake levels for Lakes Allen, Harvey, and Virginia in Hillsborough County. Minimum levels are used in the District’s permitting and resource management and development programs.
