NOTICE OF ADDITIONAL PUBLIC HEARING

The Board of Medicine hereby gives notice of an additional public hearing on Rule 64B8-9.0141, F.A.C. to be held at the Joint Committee on Telemedicine on Thursday, April 6, 2017, 2:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as can be heard, at the Sheraton Suites, 555 NW 62nd Street, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33309. The proposed rule amendment was published in Vol. 42, No. 237, of the December 8, 2016, issue of the Florida Administrative Register (FAR). The Board held a previous public hearing on this rule on February 3, 2017.
