    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Board of Chiropractic Medicine has received the petition for declaratory statement from Nicholas James Kirton. The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of Section 460.406(1)(d)2, F.S., as it applies to the petitioner.

    The Petition, filed on March 6, 2018, seeks the Board opinion as to whether his foreign degree, obtained at the University of South Wales in the United Kingdom, will satisfy the requirements of 460.406(1)(d)2, F.S. Except for good cause shown, motions for leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after publication of this notice.
