The Florida Department of Transportation, District Seven announces a workshop to which all persons are invited.

GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: The Florida Department of Transportation will conduct a Section 106 Historic Properties Public Workshop to seek input for the proposed project of US 301 (Gall Blvd.) from SR 39 to South of CR 54 in relation to two historic properties. This Workshop is being held in accordance with Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966, and regulations set forth in 36 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 800. The Workshop focuses on the historic properties known as the Downtown Zephyrhills Historic District and Clydes Cottages. Two alternatives and their relationship to the two historic properties will be shown at the public workshop. The Historic District is listed in the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP) while the Clydes Cottages site is eligible for listing in the NRHP. A portion of the historic district is located along 7th Street, between 4th Avenue and 5th Avenue. Clydes Cottages is located adjacent to US 301 at 3927 Old Crystal Springs Road.
