    64J-2.011Trauma Center Requirements

    The Department of Health hereby gives notice: On March 28, 2019, the Department of Health, Division of Emergency Preparedness and Community Support, Bureau of Emergency Medical Oversight, issued an Order Denying Petitioner's Amended Petition for Waiver or Variance, filed by the North Broward Hospital District on November 5, 2018, on the grounds that the petitioner failed to meet its burden to demonstrate that the purpose of the statutes underlying Rule 64J-2.011, F.A.C., will be met by means other than strict compliance with the rule and that the application of the rule would create a substantial hardship or violate principles of fairness.
