NOTICE OF EXTENSION UNDER SECTION 120.74(5), FLORIDA STATUTES

5N-1.116Insurance; Fees

In accordance with subsection 120.74(5), F.S., the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (Department) extends the April 1 deadline to publish a Notice of Proposed Rule for Rule 5N-1.116, F.A.C., required by Chapter 2023-155, Laws of Florida. The Department published a related Notice of Rule Development in Vol. 49, No. 211, of the Florida Administrative Register on October 30, 2023. The Department needs additional time to further analyze the justifications from previous waiver requests and finalize the rule language.
