In accordance with section 120.74(5), Florida Statutes, the Florida Department of Corrections extends the April 1, 2024, deadline to publish a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking for Rule 33-507.002, Florida Administrative Code. A Notice of Rule Development was published on November 1, 2023, in Vol. 29, No. 213, of Florida Administrative Register. The Department requires additional time to address questions and comments regarding the development of this rule.
