NOTICE OF CORRECTION

Notice is hereby given that the following correction has been made to the proposed rule in Vol. 40, No. 69, April 9, 2014 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.

This correction is being made in response to concerns from the Joint Administrative Procedures Committee.

The proposed rule is corrected to read:

 

64J-2.020 Acute Care Hospital Trauma Registry.

Each hospital as defined by Section 395.002(12), F.S., except for a long term care hospital as defined at Section 408.032, F.S., shall document and submit to the department patient care data in accordance with the format and time frame specified in the Florida Acute Care Trauma Registry Manual Data Dictionary, January 2014, which is incorporated by reference and available from the department, or at https://www.flrules.org/Gateway/reference.asp?No=Ref-______ http://www.xxxxxxx.gov.
