NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on April 04, 2018, the Department of Health, received a petition for a variance from Suzanne Borgerson, representing Lake Deer Mobile Hamlet. Specifically, the petitioner seeks a variance from paragraph 64E-15.002(2)(a), Florida Administrative Code, which requires mobile home and lodging parks provide the minimum area requirements for each mobile home space constructed or developed. Spaces utilized for a single-wide mobile home shall be no less than 2400 square feet, with a minimum width of 35 feet.
