NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on April 05, 2018, the Board of Dentistry, received a petition for variance or waiver filed by The Florida Dental Association, seeking a variance or waiver of paragraph 64B5-16.002(3)(b), Florida Administrative Code, which requires that applicants provide documentation of the training and experience of faculty members which establishes their qualifications to teach specified subject areas. Applicants who have had a professional license revoked, suspended, or otherwise acted against, in Florida or in another jurisdiction, may be disqualified from participation as instructors.
