NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on April 04, 2018, the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety, received a petition for Calhoun County Courthouse at 20859 Central Ave, Blountstown, FL. Petitioner seeks an emergency variance of the requirements of rule 2.8.2.2, ASME A17.1, 2013 edition, as adopted by rule 61C-5.001, Florida Administrative Code that requires no foreign equipment be located in the machine room which poses a significant economic/financial hardship.
