    DATE AND TIME: Thursday, April 19, 2018, 5:30 p.m.

    PLACE: City College-Ft. Lauderdale, 2000 W. Commercial Boulevard, Suite 200-Room 212, Ft. Lauderdale, FL 33309.     GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), District Four will be conducting a Public Information Workshop regarding the Mobility Improvement Project along NW 21st Avenue from State Road (SR) 816/Oakland Park Boulevard to SR 870/Commercial Boulevard in Broward County. The purpose of this project is to widen NW 21st Avenue to add buffered bicycle lanes and fill sidewalk gap locations, replace the existing bridge over the C-13 canal, located just south of NW 39th Street, upgrade curb ramps, and upgrade traffic signalization at the intersections of NW 39th Street and NW 44th Street. (Financial Project ID Number: 436685-1).  The Public Information Workshop will be conducted as an informal open house from 5:30 p.m.-7:30 p.m., with representatives offering pertinent information and answering questions. Design plans and posters will be available for public viewing.
