PURPOSE AND EFFECT: Changes to rule 60A-1.006, F.A.C., Vendors and Contractors, removes unnecessary wording, language repetitive of statute, and provides clarification of the responsibilities of vendors, agencies, and the Department when a vendor fails to fulfill its specified contractual duties.
