    The Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety hereby gives notice:

    On April 7, 2017, the Department received a request withdrawing the Petition for variance from Lakeshore Colony No 1 Condominium Association, filed March 17, 2017, and advertised on March 22, 2017 in Vol.43 No.56 of the Florida Administrative Register. The Petition for variance requested a variance from ASME A17.1b, Section 3.4.5, as adopted by subsection 61C-5.001(1), Florida Administrative Code, that requires a minimum car top clearance. The Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety is taking no further action on the petition (VW2017-041).
