RFP #10585 – Prison Rape Elimination Act (PREA) Auditing Services – Statewide
RFP 10585 - The Department requires auditing services in accordance with the PREA standards for juvenile residential and detention facilities in each of the three regions. The PREA auditing services are to include independently observing, assessing, reviewing, and reporting on the Department’s implementation and compliance with the PREA National Standards. The PREA audits are to be completed by region and must be conducted between July 1 and June 30 of the prospective audit year.
